Searching For Resources

Most of you will have various skills in using Google to search. But many folk use Google in a fairly crude manner, i.e. just type in some text and go from there. Sometimes, with a little tweaking, you can hone in more quickly on what you are after. There are a good number of helpful tutorial sites, e.g. GoogleGuide or Web Search Strategies or Google search tricks in a Prezi. There are many more.

It may be unclear whether or not the text you find might is 'scholarly'. There is a useful resource at the Cornell University library that is worth a look.
